Terms and Conditions:

- Items sold are not refundable/returnable.
- No refunds unless in a pre - order status and the item(s) is/are out of stock.
- All items are at fixed price. Strictly no negotiating nor trading.
- For handmade items, please give us 10 working days to complete.
- Orders would only be entertained if you email us.
- we will not be responsible for any wrong measurements given.

Ordering:
- A confirmation mail would be send if items are available upon receiving order form.
- Payment via bank transfer would have to be made within the next 24 hrs after the confirmation mail is being sent. If failed to do so, items would be put back on sale.
- For preoders, you have 2 days to back out after sending the order form.
- Order form can be found at the end of this page.
- For preorders, we will confirm with you when the stock arrives.
- For 2nd hand items, no backing out after the ordering form is being sent.
- For handmade items, you have 2 days to back out after sending the order form.
- POSB funds transfer only.
- We do not accept concealed cash.

Meetups:
- Meetups are only applicable if you buy 3 items and above.
- Meetup will be at my own convenience near Redhill.
- If it is Redhill or Tiong Bahru Plaza, it would be free.
- All other places would have an additional charge of $2 on top of MRT fee.
- Payment is not allowed to be made on the spot.
- If you don't turn up for meetups w/o informing or ignore our calls/smses, we will forfeit your order and will blacklist you. Money will not be refunded.

Delivery Details:
- Items would be mailed out within 3 working days after payment is received.
- All prices are exclusive of postage unless stated.
